A Technical Note on Average Outgoing Quality

Summary: Many useful variations of rectifying inspection programs exist. This note provides formulas for calculating the Average Outgoing Quality for nine difference ways in which rectifying inspection can be carried out. The sampling conditions assumed are single sampling by attributes with non-destructive testing.
