A Note on Unrestricted AOQLs

Summary: In the past there have been a number of papers in which it has been shown that the AOQL of any Dodge type plan depends heavily on whether or not the assumption of statistical control is imposed on the production process. Through consideration of the continuous sampling plan CSP-1 it will be shown (by comparison with known results) that these AOQLs also depend on the type of sampling done while on partial inspection and on the interaction of the production process with the inspection procedure.
