Fraction of Design Space Plots for Assessing Mixture and Mixture-Process Designs

Summary: [This abstract is based on the authors' abstract.] Variance dispersion graphs allow an experimenter to see patterns of scaled prediction variances (SPV) throughout a design space. A complementary fraction of design space plot is proposed that gives additional information on the distribution of the SPV throughout a design space. Plots for mixture and mixture-process experiments are developed and demonstrated with several examples.
