Minimum G Aberration Design Construction and Design Tables for 24 Runs

Summary: [This abstract is based on the authors' abstract.]Minimum G aberration has been proposed as a generalized version of the usual minimum aberration that can be applied to both regular and nonregular fractional factorial designs. A new criterion is presented and applied as a timesaving surrogate in the excursion-at-target algorithm for the construction of minimum G aberration designs. Although minimum G aberration cannot be guaranteed, the algorithm performs well and often produces the best designs. Complete tables of minimum or near-minimum G aberrations designs are provided.
