A Model of Web Site Quality Assessment

Summary: [This abstract is based on the authors' abstract.]A hierarchical framework is proposed to support Web site quality assessment. The framework uses the analytic hierarchy process to enhance criterion and subcriterion weight value assessment during group assessment. Validation was conducted on the Web sites of three Greek cellular phone service providers. Results supported reduction of the original model to a Web site quality-scoring framework involving nine quality criteria.
