In many organizations, software development and appraisal groups have difficulty accurately estimating tasks and meeting schedules because the organization fails to provide training, manage commitments to customers, or provide management support. To overcome these shortcomings, organizations must identify and implement best practices. Team communication is one technique that is a useful method for estimating and scheduling work needed to develop and evaluates software products.
