Summary: [This abstract is based on the author's abstract.] The grey relational analysis (GRA) method is investigated for use in multiple attribute decision-making problems. GRA excels as a method to help management make decision in a business environment because results are based on original data and the calculations are simple and easy to understand. The GRA method is demonstrated in an example and results are compared with two other multiple attribute decision-making methods.
