A Framework for Integrated Analysis of Quality Defects in Supply Chain

Summary: This study develops a methodology for sharing quality defects information among supply chain partners. Analysis of the data is structured using correspondence analysis of two-way contingency tables. Unlike conventional quality tools, this methodology can identify the underlying causes of defects using the differences and associations of supply chain partners. A case study on a multinational medical manufacturer's supply chain validates the methodology.
