A better way is to build support for change by looking at past performance and the present situation. By conducting a change readiness assessment, the level of support or opposition to change within an organization can be determined. A sidebar provides a questionnaire to be completed by individuals within the organization. Responses will bring opinions and concerns into the open where they can be freely discussed.
