Summary: No matter what the job, it takes the right tools do get it done. A survey investigates more than two dozen books published within the past six years that provide tools for leaders, change agents, facilitators, and consultants. Tables comparing key features of the books accompany reviews. Each book is rated based on applicability and usefulness.
