Zombies in the Workplace

Summary: Zombie-like employees may be infiltrating your organization, undermining its mission, vision, and future existence. Zombies can be recognized through conversation and observation because lack of consciousness is a key sign that is immediately apparent. While going through the motions of daily work was once acceptable, today organizations must call on all human capacities of mind and spirit to generate a competitive advantage. Zombie-ism can be cured, but it requires each zombie to recognize the condition and desire to be restored to life. Left unchecked, zombies will infect others and cause organizations to fail.
