The Keys to Engaging Millennials

Summary: Generation Y employees, also called Millennials, are those born between 1980 and 1999. They are technologically knowledgeable, socially responsible, and work well collaboratively. They should make ideal employees for quality assurance, but their never ending need for positive reinforcement and feedback requires different managerial strategies to keep them engaged. Five strategies are discussed to create the awareness and understanding that reduces generational conflicts.
