Educator's World: Quality Management Education in Graduate Degrees

Summary: [This abstract is taken from the author's paper.] This paper examines how effectively the inclusion of a comprehensive quality management course into graduate management curriculums is for preparing current and future managers to lead the quality management journey in their organizations. It makes use of survey-based research to evaluate changes in the attitude and behavior of working adult students after participating in a graduate-level class in quality management principles.
