Can Fun Translate to Funds?

Summary: Millenials are quickly becoming the majority of the U.S. workforce, and according to many studies, they would prefer a fun and positive work environment to more money. A recent Accenture study found 60% of 2015 graduates would take a pay cut to work in a positive and fun work atmosphere. Companies can do many things to promote fun in their workplace, such as offering more flexibility, encouraging volunteerism, publicly praising employees for achievements, and showing respect for their employees. Improvements like these can make any work environment, regardless of employees' ages, a more productive and positive place to be.
