Improve Gage R&R Results

Summary: Many suppliers use standard inspection equipment to verify that dimensional performance of components meets the specifications of manufacturing companies' Six Sigma quality programs. However, these approaches often do not achieve acceptable gage repeatability and reproducibility (GR&R) performance. Quick check attribute gages can be used to quickly and accurately verify dimensional performance, and their use can be extended to measure even more complex components.
