Summary: [This abstract is based on the authors' abstract.] A model called RADAR is presented for testing weapons stockpiles and detecting detrimental aging effects. RADAR helps answer questions about confidence level changes due to small sample sizes, the discovery of failed units, and information about the timing of failures.
